The winner of the Club Championship, with an excellent nett 65 was past Captain Connor Warburton. Playing off a playing handicap of 9, Connor went out in 37 strokes with a birdie at the opening hole and bogeys on seventh and ninth holes. He returned with another 37 for a gross 74.
Runner-up was the evergreen Michael Gill. Michael returned a terrific nett 67 of a playing handicap of 11. He was out in 41 and returned in a creditable 37 for a gross total of 78, two under his age!
The scratch trophy, the Barratt Trophy, was won by Sam Ryan, with a level par 70. He was out in a one under par 35, with birdies at the 3rd and 6th holes and his only blemish a bogey on the 7th hole. His back nine was another 35 which included two drop shots at the 12th and 13th but a birdie at the tough 17th, secured a level par finish.
Runner-up was Joe Grove who carded a gross 71.
