You will have noticed that the driving range has been taking shape over the last few weeks, with Booth Ventures now completing the bulk import and shaping.

From Monday 5th July, a specialist sub-contractor will be executing final shaping and finishing works to both the driving range and the short game practice area.

These final works will include:
• Placing and shaping top soil
• Drainage works
• Installation of irrigation
• Construction of the green and bunkers for the short game practice area
• Seeding of the driving range and the short game practice area

At present, it is anticipated that seeding will take place in August, subject to weather conditions.

Booth Ventures is aiming to demobilise from site towards the end of September, once all road repairs have been completed.

The opening of the driving range for use by members will depend upon weather conditions and the growth of the grass, but we anticipate that the new facility will be ready for use in Spring 2023.
