EASY GUIDE TO COMPETITIONS
HOW TO SIGN IN AND ENTER SCORES
Members wishing to enter into any competition at Spanish Point Golf Club must use ClubV1 only. This includes singles, pairs and teams or 3/4 events.
To enter a singles competition follow these guidelines in your ClubV1 account.
Click on LIVE VIEW COMPETITIONS IN PROGRESS
Click on SIGN IN and select the correct competition, click SIGN IN
Click on SIGN IN in the orange box
A message will appear saying you have signed in, a fee has been deducted and it will display your handicap index and your competition handicap.
When finished your round of golf, and confirmed your score with your playing partner go back into ClubV1 and click on LIVE VIEW COMPETITION IN PROGRESS
Click on SCORE ENTRY and select the correct competition, click ENTER SCORE
Enter the markers surname and find their name on the list, click on their name
Click NEXT
At Hole 1 the default is the par score, click on + for a higher score and - for a lower score until correct score appears.
Then click on HOLE 2 and repeat the process until you reach your last hole (9 or 18)
After entering the score for your last hole click on FINISH in orange box
Your score and points will then be displayed, if correct click on CONFIRM, if incorrect click BACK and find the error.
Enter your signature or initials in the box using your finger
Click CONFIRM in orange box
SUCCESS! appears in orange box to tell you that you have finished.
You can now leave ClubV1
No manual score cards can be accepted for any competition and late score entry will not be allowed after the cut off time for each competition. If you have any issues as to whether your score has been entered you must contact the Competition Secretary before the close time to discuss. No competitions will be re-opened after being closed under any circumstances.
