Casual Cards
Procedure
An increasing number of members wish to complete Casual Cards for handicap purposes and some guidance on how to go about this is appropriate.

If you wish to submit a Casual Card you must pre-register to do this, either via the HowDidIDo app or the touch screen in the Clubhouse entrance. This must be done before you start your round. When signing-in, the system gives you the option of qualifying or non-qualifying. If you wish your score to count for handicap purposes, you must select the qualifying option.

You may only submit one Casual Card a day and you must not have been playing on the course before your round i.e., no practice on the course is allowed beforehand.

You must complete a scorecard with ‘Casual Card’ in the space for the Competition name. You must add the date, time, your Course handicap and indicate whether you are using the white or yellow tees. Your name should be included as Player A.

You will need another member to ‘mark your card’ and their name should be included as Player D.

If other members are playing with you, please do not include their scores on your card. Your card should only show your scores.

When you have finished your round, check your scores with your marker and then make sure that you sign your card. You must then enter your scores either via the HowDidIDo app or via the touch screen in the Clubhouse.

Failure to comply with any of the above may mean that your card will not be accepted.
