Update to 'Bunker' Local Rule

‘Preferred Lies’ are in operation in All bunkers.
The distance for preferred lies in the bunker is limited to six inches, no nearer the hole, and the area cannot be smoothed before placing. Please note the ball must remain in the bunker when placing. Members are reminded to be mindful of their fellow members and to smooth out bunkers using their foot or club after playing their shot
