The team suffered a set back with Ashley Rees and Mark Hilton unable to play due to injury and two other scratch players away, but the squad has great depth and James Geitzen, Steve Graham & Paul Plant responded to late calls to play in the match, all won points for the team.
The morning foursomes started well with early leads, but Seaford GC rallied on the back 9 and almost snatched a morning lead, but good wins for James Geitzen & Jordi Southgate and Craig McCollum & Andy Larkin gave ESN a 2 1/2 - 1 1/2 point morning lead.
The afternoon singles was won 7-1 resulting in a 9 1/2 - 2 1/2 victory and a home game against Mid-Sussex on June 2nd.
Dean Plant (Club Champion - pictured ) led the team to victory with a 6 & 4 win.
