All rounds to be booked through the professional shop or club office prior to day of play quoting “reciprocal membership”.

Reciprocal members should on arrival report to the professionals shop at the participating course and provide evidence of identification / handicap / current membership letter from home club.

Reciprocal members should pay the agreed fee on arrival at the visiting club.

Reciprocal members must abide by all the rules of the visiting club e.g. dress codes etc.
