Prestbury has been ranked as the 74th best course in England by National Club Golfer magazine.
Only four Cheshire golf clubs appeared in the 2018 list of England's Top 100 Courses (which was topped by Royal Birkdale) with Royal Liverpool leading the way in 12th place. Delamere Forest came in next at number 44, with Wallasey ranked 62nd.
