August Board Meeting - Chairman's Report

1. Assistant Manager
It was noted that Sue Wood would take up the post of Assistant Manager at NWGC on a part time basis with effect from 1st November 2017.

2. Letters of thanks
Many letters of thanks have been received from various parties.

3. Captains, Ladies and International Honours Boards
The Board were informed that the new boards had been ordered and would be erected in the hall.

4. New buggy compound
The Board agreed to put this development on hold until the review of budgets.

5. Club Membership
Details of new membership was received which had now exceeded the 700 mark.

6. Llandudno in Bloom
The Club had received a gold award in the Llandudno in Bloom competition.

7. Members cards
It was agreed to set up members cards and transfer of members money to M & L Walker.

8. AGM
The Board agreed that the AGM be held on Monday 23rd October 2017.
