Charging
People who have booked into the May midweek Stableford this evening have been charged the £3 entry fee immediately instead of when they sign in for the competition. Having checked the settings for the competition set up, everything is set up for charging on sign in and not when booking. The problem must once again lie with Clubv1 and their system.
We'll contact them tomorrow to try and rectify the situation. We're sorry for the inconvenience and communicate their feedback as soon as we have it.
