Links Men vs Flempton
Match Report
A bright and sunny afternoon at the Links Golf Club was enjoyed by our visitors from Flempton and us last Saturday when we welcomed 5 pairs for our annual men’s fourball betterball contest. The day kicked off with an excellent brunch prepared by the kitchen staff following which respective Captains Jeremy Nunn from Flempton and James Greenall led off in the first pairing.
When the final putt was holed the Links had achieved a masterful 3½ - 1½ victory over our guests. All of the matches were played in a great competitive but friendly spirit and enjoyed by the participants.
We are still short of players for the away match at Bishop’s Stortford on 28th May so if you would like to play in that then please email menscaptain@linksgolfclub.co.uk
