Changes to the course and opening times
Changes members need to aware of
Friday 28th March - The winter green tees and mats are being removed on all holes with the yellow tees coming back into play again. The courses from the red, blue, yellow and white tees will then be the only courses available to play. The tees will all be back on their normal teeing areas from Friday 28th March. ClubV1 will then only show those 4 course options when booking a round.
Saturday 29th March - The red staked penalty area in the valley in front of the 15th tee will be removed changing the whole back to it's original design where players can play their shots from the valley without penalty. With the removal of the red staked penalty area the 2 drop zones will no longer be required on the hole and will be removed.
For players safety they should ensure they are wearing appropriate footwear for the conditions on that day before walking down into the valley to play their shot and should leave their buggy or trolley on the footpath and not take them down into the valley.
Monday 31st March - The course and locker rooms will open at the earlier time of 7 a.m. each day. The non-booking times will change to 7 a.m. to 11 a.m. each day. The pro shop will open from 7.30 a.m. to 5.30 p.m. with the exception of days where we have Men's weekend competitions being played when it will open at 7 a.m.
The summer green fee and society rates will also come into effect from Monday 31st March.
Please be aware that we will continue with preferred lies at this time until the fairways improve sufficiently
