Celebrate 30 Years with us
Woolley Park is turning 30 this June, and we’re inviting you to be part of the celebrations! Join us on Saturday, June 7th, for our Invitation Day, where you can bring a guest and enjoy a fantastic day on the course for £45.

Event Details
Before You Tee Off
Start your day right with a freshly prepared bacon roll and coffee, included in your entry.
The Competition
• Tee times: 8 AM – 2 PM (exclusively for Invitation Day participants)
• Format: Stableford 4-ball better ball (85% course handicap allowance)
• Scoring: Best 1 score counts, with 2 scores counting on holes 1, 9, and 18
• Tees: White for men, Red for women
• Pairs: Any gender combination is welcome
To qualify for the main prizes, both Members and Guests must:
• Have a CHD number and UK Club handicap index
• Have at least 6 scorecards recorded within the past year
Members and Guests without a handicap (or with an iGolf handicap) can still participate but won’t be eligible for the main prizes. Two members can also play together but will only qualify for side competition prizes. Junior Members must invite an adult guest.
Food & Drink
•Enjoy a complimentary pint, glass of wine, or soft drink, plus a light lunch after your round.
Prizes & Collection
• Prizes can be collected from June 8th – June 22nd.
• Unclaimed prizes after this date will be forfeited.
How to Book Your Spot
• Booking opens Monday, March 31st
• Reserve via the Clubv1 app or the PSI screen
• Have your guest’s CHD number ready
• Pay your £45 entry fee* for the pair. Ensure your member’s card has sufficient funds. Cancellations will not receive a refund when cancelled within 2 weeks of the event.
