We have been approached by The Square Mile Golf Society (“SMiGS”) which is trying to reach out to golfers who belong to one of the Livery Companies of the City of London. Some Livery Companies visit our course as Societies and we suspect, but do not know, that some of our members are Liverymen. SMiGS tells us that there may be as many as 4,500 Liverymen golfers but that it, via Livery Company organisers, is only in touch with a fraction of that number.
