Annual General Meeting
The AGM turnout was impressive with all seats taken and all went very smoothly. Outgoing Captain, Ian Gibb said his farewells before handing over to Club Captain, Ron Lay.
The Handover
Ron made the room laugh giving the fact that he had started his Vice role, last year, with 365 marbles in a jar - today only one solitary remained. He offered his marbles and jar to elected Vice Captain, Bill Boucher!
Awards
Ian’s final duty was to present various prizes to competition winners and many congrats to all

Captains’ Drive-Ins
A huge welcome to our new Captains Ron Lay, Lucia Albrecht and Max Wright.
All the Captain’s got their tee shots across the road (goodbye to a year of pressure!) with the junior Captain hitting a monster drive down the middle and whilst we are not entirely survey likely finished close to the green!

The Lady Captain drove well as did the Club Captain.
Sunday Roll-up and Lunch
This was the final roll-up of the winter season and thirty players took to the course with lunch in the cube room afterwards

Maurizio D’Arrigo, winner from a fortnight back, took the honours again for the day
