Williamson Cup
Williamson Cup Qualifier 10
On Sunday, 100 players took to the course on the nicest day of the year so far. There was plenty of good scoring on show throughout the day.

The overall winner and Division 1 winner was David Mitchell with a superb 43 points. He had 24 points on the way out and 19 points on the back nine. His round consisted of 4 birdies and 7 bogeys for a gross 74. In second place was Stephen Sharpe with 40 points, followed by Andrew Ryden with 38 points and the best gross score of the day with a 72.

In Division 2, Craig Marshall took the spoils with 42 points. He had 21 points on both nines, including three 4 point holes. Paul Fawcett came in second with 39 points, followed closely by John Coulthard with 38.

There were 26 two's on the day including 2 two's from Neil Dockerty, David Kirkpatrick and Ross Hunter.

In the OOM, we have a new leader. Michael Kelly hits the front leading by 10 points after a good showing of 38 points. There was no movement by Simon Pritchard or Colin Bannister after poor showings, and a no show from Andrew Little. 40 points separate the top 5 players with just the two Williamson Qualifiers remaining.

The next Williamson is on this Saturday, there are still spaces available for booking in the morning and a few at the end of the day. Look forward to seeing you then!
