March 2025 - Events & Information
Please find below information on some upcoming events;
NEW MEMBERS EVENING - WEDNESDAY 19TH MARCH 2025 @ 7PM
This event is predominantly aimed towards new members who have joined us over the past 18 months. There will be a short presentation from various members of the council and a chance to find out more information about the club and ask any questions you may have. We also welcome parents of any juniors who have joined during the same period.
Please respond to this email if you intend on attending this event providing your name so we can keep track of numbers.
OPENING DAY TEXAS SCRAMBLE - SATURDAY 29TH MARCH 2025
This fun, social event is open to **ALL** members. Please note your intention to play by entering your name on the entry sheet on the new ClubV1 Members Hub. You will only be able to enter if you have a handicap - if you or your child does not have one please turn up on the day. Teams are allocated on the day with parents/guardians of children kept in the same team.
Please **Register between 11:15-30** for a 12noon shotgun start. There will a finger buffet following completion of the golf.
Entry is £2 (cash) for Adults and FREE for Juniors.
GENTS WINTER LEAGUE - SUNDAY 16TH MARCH 2025
Following the last Winter League where we trialled using the new Competition Accounts we are **migrating fully to cashless entry for the sweep/2's**. If you want to enter the sweep/2's please ensure your Competition Account is topped up. Guidance on how to do this is available on the ClubV1 Members Hub > Documents menu.
Please remember that your sweep/2’s is only deducted when you sign in to the competition and not when you book.
GENTS KNOCKOUT COMPETITIONS 2025
Entry for these events (Singles, Doubles & Seniors) is open **NOW** via the ClubV1 Members Hub > Knockouts menu. Closing date is 10am on 6th April 2025. Payment (£2 per player/£4 per team) is required (using your competition account) at the time of entry. For team events the entry is deducted from each players Competition Account.
