Position: Franchise Partner – Kitchen & Catering
Location: Rhuddlan Golf Club, North Wales
Type: Full-time/Contract
Responsibilities:
Oversee all kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation.
Develop and execute an exciting and diverse menu for members, guests, and events.
Manage a dedicated catering team to ensure the highest standard of service.
Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment in line with health and safety regulations.
Assist in coordinating catering for special events, golf tournaments, and functions.
Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all visitors.
Manage inventory, suppliers, and budget.
Requirements:
Proven experience in managing a kitchen or catering business, preferably in a hospitality or golf club environment.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Creative culinary skills with an ability to cater to a wide range of tastes and dietary requirements.
Excellent organizational skills and ability to work under pressure.
Passion for providing high-quality food and customer service.
