A full Clubhouse was the setting for our first Entertainment evening of 2025 with a Quiz Night competed by 11 teams comprised of Club Members and their guests. Men's Captain and Quizmaster James Greenall presented a wide range of questions on subjects from Ancient Greece to modern Pop Culture via Shakespeare and the 1966 World Cup Final. He even included an old fashioned Spelling Test in his Back to School round. With three teams tied at the half way stage it was a very competitive contest ultimately edged by Club Communications Director, Trevor Clifton and his team, Man Down Woman Up who are pictured receiving their prizes from James.

Our next event is a Comedy Cabaret evening on 5th April. This is a new style of event for the Club and demand for places is expected to be strong. Look out for the poster with full details on Social Media and in your Inbox this week.
