Pauline Phillips wins Salver
Yesterday started as a typical autumnal day with fog but the sun broke out as promised.
A good field of ladies went out to play their penultimate trophy of the year.
The course played long with wet grass and mud which reflected in the scores.
The results were as follows -
1st and winner of the Win Merchant Salver was Pauline Phillips with a net 77
2nd Vera Woolnough net 79 on c/b
3rd Leigh Denny net 79

Our Summer Eclectic results were also announced.
Winner of Division 1 was Laura Westhorpe.
Winner of Division 2 was Janette Hetherton.
