Hi everyone.

Since the end of September, the weather conditions have been unprecedented. With record breaking rainfall almost every month. Despite this the course has remained open, when it can.

As most of you have seen lately. James and his team have worked really hard to get the course in to shape.

With this in mind the removal of winter rules will be put in place from midnight on Wednesday 01 May 2024.

This means lift clean and place is no longer available, in the closely mown area. Also lift repair and place in bunkers has been removed. You may also remove your winter wheels.

The committee have also declare the damage in the area between the 7th green and 8th tee, 13th hole between the 2 fairway bunkers and on the 16th fairway, after the elbow, as abnormal ground conditions.

For the benefit if everyone you all need to play your part and :-

- Repair Pitch Marks,
- Repair and replace all divots everywhere and,
- Rake bunkers when you have used them.
