A dull wet and windy spring day greeted our second Seniors’ fixture ‘Summer’ of the season and our visitors from Abbey Hill. The weather gods were incredibly kind following the horrible forecasts, the winds persisted but the rain didn’t. Another superb team performance resulted in a our second consecutive 5-1 win. Our winning pairings were Peter Neale with the very smallest assistance from VC (4&2), Duncan Mutton & Ross Davies (5&4), Barry Fox & Keith Muir (3&1), Malcolm Leach & Richard Adamson (5&3), with John Reynolds & Alan Buet triumphing by winning the 18th.
Steve Spink's M4 Seniors’ Winter League team has been drawn away to Chartridge Park in the 1st Round of the Knock-Out phase. The match is to be played on Friday 19th April.
