IGC Gents Handicap Team
First fixture for our new team
Following on from the Ladies team inaugural entry and success in the West of Scotland Greenlees Trophy, the Gents section have now entered the Ayrshire Golf Handicap Leagues for the very first time.
Under the guidance of captain Kenny Hankinson, the team will compete against Ayr Dalmilling, Kilmarnock Barassie and Golf South Ayrshire on a home and away basis in their section.
First up for them is a home tie against Dalmilling at 16:30 this coming Thursday.
The team will also compete in the Presidents Putter knockout competition this season too with a home tie against Prestwick St Cuthbert coming up in May.
As the league season starts to kick off, we wish all teams across all sections of the club, the very best of luck.
