New Chef New Club House Manager NEW MENU!
Dear Members,

We are pleased to launch our first new menu under our new catering team headed by Keith Williams our Head Chef.

The menu retains our old favourites whilst adding a few new additions to whet your appetite.

As most of you are aware inflation has impacted us all and no less on our food pricing, from Feb 2022 to Feb 2024 food prices had risen on average by 23.9% (commons library parliament). and although we increased pricing slightly last year we are still lagging behind the true cost.

Thus with some reluctance we have increased our pricing to reflect the true costs of food and of course labour. The good news is that inflation is slowly stabilising and we don't intend any additional rises in the near future. We have also bench marked our new menu along with other similar clubs and although there are some differences, our new pricing is comparable, especially when you add back the members discount of 15%.

The more we use our catering facilities the easier it will be for us to keep costs lower and vary our offerings to members; already you have seen soup in the halfway house during the winter, more specials being offered, even our old favourite the toasted tea cake is back on and of course the halfway house is now open Saturday & Sundays; we can only offer these benefits if you, the members continue to use them; please support your club.
