Marcus Opoku won the top match today on the 18th in a closely fought match and will be the no.1 over xmas. The match was all square playing the last and although Ross White had found trouble of the tee, Marcus hit a beautiful 5 iron within 3ft for a match-winning birdie.

Carlo Mendes defeated Eric Stone 4/3 to become the leading challenger and is tied at the top of the league with Marcus , both on 18 pts having won all 6 matches, so something will have to give as they face each other in the top match in week 7.
