This Tuesday saw the return of a major event in the Dunstable Downs diary, the Flagship Pro-Am.

After 8 years without the event, it was back with a bang. Hosting 28 top East Region Golf Professionals all with three amateurs, made for a great battle to obtain prize positions.

We have received a huge amount of praise from both Professionals, members and visitors referencing how amazing the golf course, facilities, clubhouse, and staff were.

Members Alan Basciano (Vice-Captain), and Tom McDermott, with guest Andre Jordache from Woburn played with Professional Jason Levermore who won 1st prize shooting an incredible 16 under par!

Our very own Professional Darren Charlton cannot go without a mention, with his brilliant score of 66, 4 under par to pick up the professionals individual second place prize.
