Recently we have changed the format in which weekend golf is booked, for those that don't know the new format is below:

Course 1 - Digital Booking
Course 2 - Roll up until 9:28 then Digital Booking from 9:36 until 10:40

The reason for the change is due to the feeling that we can utilise the golf courses better by moving to this.

We will continue to monitor the utilisation in the same way where we will have "Digital Booking" course data and then "Roll Up" Course data. That way we can better track any changes.

We have had this new format in place for a few weeks now and we have found that tee times are being better utilised.

In the first 2 weeks of August, Digital Booking usage was at 65% and "Roll Up usage was at 40%.

Under the new format, Digital Booking is at 71% and "Roll Up" is at 50%

We will continue to update as well as sending out utilisation levels in the coming weeks.
