We are delighted that 386 members have taken part in the Players 1st Survey. With a response rate of almost 60%, together with contributions from all categories and age groups, we are confident the results are representative of the views of our membership.

With the help of England Golf, we are analysing all the information provided and look forward to sharing this with Council and members. We plan to do so at the next Members’ Briefing and hope to have a representative of England Golf to summarise the key findings and answer questions.

At the top level, we have achieved an excellent Net Promoter Score of +62, which puts us in 4th place in England. It is great to know that so many members would recommend Manchester Golf Club and that we are in the top 12% in the Country.
The results identify many areas of strength at the club together with things that can be improved – the findings will help us to focus on what matters most to you all. It is also very encouraging to have received a very positive response to the Clubhouse refurbishment and decision to install Range Technology.
