Former league winner Mark Earley has his eyes on the Ladder this year after reaching the top spot at the expense of Sterling Wakefield.

There was a great top match on a beautiful autumnal day. The game caught fire on the 3rd when the hole was shared in birdie 2's , three more birdies each followed on the front nine , but two 30ft putts on 14 & 15 gave Earley a lead he didn't surrender.

Rob Thompson has shaken off the large snake he received in week 2 and is now more comfortable back in the top 5.

Lee Sexton had another comfortable win to move to No.2 with Marcus Opoku is making lot of noise as he moves to 4th.
