Please refrain from moving the stakes as they are difficult to replace and treat as an immovable object under rule 16.1. Preferred lies in place. All GUR is compulsory. All groundwork and drainage work to be treated as abnormal ground conditions, this includes all of the old 2nd green complex. 11th hole, new turf and bunker GUR, drop zone now optional.
