Interim Club Financial Statement
Renishaw Park Golf Club finances go from strength to strength.

Renishaw Park Golf Club Interim Financial Statement August 2019
2019 has been an excellent year so far for Renishaw Park golf Club and I would like to provide members with a progress report containing some key indicator figures and facts rather than the whispers and myths of doom and gloom which seem to constantly circulate the Club!
New Members: -
So far this year we have recruited 51 new members to the Club compared to 21 for the whole of the last financial year. I would like to extend a warm welcome to all our new members.
Our membership base is now showing a year on year net increase. This is down to our modern marketing strategies that have been developed over time by the marketing team. Our thanks go to Kevin Greeves, Michael Warburton and Michael Ramsden for all the hard work they put in.
Club Income and Expenditure: -
• Visitor fees are currently 56% up on this time last year.
• Bar Sales are currently 9% up on this time last year.
• Our cash reserves are also showing a healthy 31% increase on this time last year.
• Our running costs are currently down on last year and below budget due to prudent management and organisational changes.

Investment in Club infrastructure: -
This year the club has made a number of key investment decisions and structural administration changes which help to provide a better experience for our members and will continue to deliver significant administrative savings year on year for the club going forward.
• Investment in the market leading Club V1 golf administration system.
• New cloud-based administration systems and hardware significantly reducing our running costs.
• Administrative efficiency savings due to the introduction of modern accountancy systems and procedures.
• A new website to showcase Renishaw Park Golf Club to prospective visitors and members.
• Investment in the course (both material and new Green Keepers) to continue the progress back to the level and condition all our members expect and deserve.
• Upgrade of the practice ground.

More improvements are planned for the coming weeks and months which I am sure will be welcomed by all members!
I am always happy to answer any questions from our members. Please feel free to contact me directly with any enquiries.
