Men’s Combined v Leicestershire Police

The combined team took on Leicestershire Police in the annual Munn and Moore Memorial match.
On a lovely evening the team welcomed this year’s Captain Martin Downing and Vice Captain Alan Miller to represent the team in this important annual match.
There were some big victories on the night. Les Mitchel and Alan Miller winning 7/6, Andy Moss with Paul Argument 7/6 and Pete Tims partnering Andy De Wet 8/6. Worthy of note despite a narrow loss were Gareth Nadin and Mick Barradell, losing 1 down after giving 31 and 21 shots to their opponents. Longcliffe ran out winners 5.5 to 2.5.
