The above event is traditionally one of the main fundraisers of the year for the Captains Charity. To those of you that have already entered, thank you.

This is your personal invitation from me to help support this event. I am particularly reaching out to those members that have their own businesses, or members that could encourage their companies or of course friends from other courses to join us for a great day.

This day is ideal to use for corporate entertaining with your customers, what a great networking opportunity. How often would you get circa six hours with them on your own in a relaxed fun environment on a great golf course plus a two-course meal with many prizes to be won all for the great value cost of £160 per team £40 per person? Think about it surely it is a no-brainer’ Remember that if they sign in as a non-member they would be paying £55 to play without any food.

You can even offset the costs against tax as it would be a business expense.

You are welcome to put in as many teams as you like and you can also mix them. It is an open, the bookings will be ‘online’ only via our website, druidsheathgc.co.uk or the golf empire site. Before you book online you will need your players names, CDH numbers and current handicap indexes.

You will be sent a reference number and be booked on to the BRS system straight away, remember if you need a buggy get in fast.

As it is a weekday I suggest you contact your customers and friends now and get them to plan this date into their diaries. So plan now to ensure you get the tee times you want.

I would like to ask for individual prizes for the nearest the pins, longest drive and of course good quality prizes for the raffle draw on the day. Please leave any prizes in the office with you name on them.
