Proper Tees
We are making the most of our temporary track over the course to attend to our most problematic yellow tees.
The 15th yellow tee has for a long time been a challenge, being really too small for the amount of use and abuse with an increasingly busy golf course. We are therefore extending it forwards to the front of the red tee, also doubling the area of the red tee. The combined area of the new platform will be approximately 300 m². This is the template for all teeing areas as we improve this aspect of the course in coming months and years.
The 6th tee is undergoing a similar transformation currently.
