2024/25 Subscription Request from the Treasurer
A request from the Treasurer regarding subscriptions
Dear Members,
Over the weekend, we will be sending out 2024/25 subscription invoices through the new Intelligent Golf system and I would like to ask you a favour.
Every year, a good number of members kindly pay their invoices promptly by bank transfer and this is a great benefit as it minimises the need at the end of the subscription year to draw on our overdraft facility. We have a facility to cover the overdraft but obviously we are keen to reduce interest payments.
Our cash position is much stronger this year but there is still work to do and prompt payment will be a real benefit for the club.
Your subscription invoice will be sent by email and as it is the first email you will have received from us via the Intelligent Golf system there is a possibility it will go into your spam folder, so if it is not in your inbox it is worth checking there.
